1.  Log in at: https://sharpschoolofmusic.opus1.io/login

      2.  Navigate to your student’s schedule and click “Cancel” next to the                   lesson you wish to cancel.

* Lessons must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a makeup credit

How to book a makeup lesson:

        1.  Log in to your account.

        2.  Under the “Credits” section, click “Use” next to the available credit.

​

*If the invoice is unpaid, the system will prompt you to pay the balance before the credit can be used. 

​

        3.  A scheduling window will appear. Choose your preferred date, time,                 and teacher.​

​

        4.  Click “Book Appointment.”

        5.  On the next screen, select “Enroll and Pay Now.”

 

​*Don’t worry—you will not be charged. Your credit will automatically apply and show on the quote.
